Hello guys, today new live recording was uploaded to Supernova. Credits to Derrick. Brief description: Client wanted to run away from the beginning and was not picking up any calls. She was repeatedly texting on email that she is not interested anymore and requesting to remove her details from database (discussion about that is available in the beginning of conversation). Almost 1 hour of pitch and push helped to close the deal. Slightly wrong approach or wrong words at wrong timing could easily ruin the case.
