Client was concerned about things initially, and She didn’t want to deposit initially (was telling that she has to do research and has to explore more). It was handled very well by George; pitched and pushed hard (for more than hour) and after then she started taking actions. Client asks tons of questions including very small details and kept asking questions (not bcs of curiosity). Service details (FTD Rules) were used as pitch idea (multiple of them). By the end of conversation client was very positive and conversation finished at the point that client was satisfied with everything.
